What Are Full Documentation Loans?
Describes the level of documentation needed to underwrite the loan. Full Documentation is a very thorough examine of all pertinent and relative financial documentation associated with the Borrower(s), their business, the subject property and other items/persons that may affect the loan. Some of the documents required for this level are Tax Returns (both personal and business), Profit and Loss Statements and past bank statements. Used to help establish the loan's risk level by detailing the capacity to repay the debt. Primary source of documentation level for Conventional loans.
Our full documentation loans are available to business owners who can produce three year's profitable tax returns. Our highest LTV financing is available in owner occupied loan amounts of up to $20,000,000.00 under our full documentation program.
